WHO WE ARE

As Mind + Bodywork’s owner, I spent over twenty years developing my knowledge and education in the health, wellness, and holistic fields. Growing up with various health struggles lead me to dive into the alternative care, wellness, and the holistic health worlds giving me a very solid platform behind my education and skills. I have direct hands on experience with the stages of mental and physical health issues many face daily and know how it can impact ones confidence, self value, and voice.  I've spent the past ten years traveling near and far, doing various volunteer opportunities, in addition to working directly with the public in teaching settings. These experiences lead me to discover a unique approach to wellness that focuses more on the individual than what they already “have” to thrive both physically and mentally. I strongly believe in the power of holding space for another as a way to bridge the gap from where they are to where they wish to be.
